  • Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Southern Bae Bells Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. We will always do our best to help where we can! ♡

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, or other customer-related delivery issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to have the order resent.
